Service with the personal touch.
Unlike many mobility retailers, we have the in-house expertise to service and repair all the products and equipment we sell.
We have a large workshop on site and our team of highly-trained and experienced engineers use the latest fully-equipped service support vehicles for home visits.
If equipment develops a fault we will try to solve the problem over the phone as it may be something simple like a switch or lever moved. If this does not work and you require us to attend, our call out charge includes the first hour on site, which is usually enough time to diagnose/repair the problem. If parts are required along with a return visit to fit them we will always try to provide an accurate cost evaluation before we proceed. If equipment is under warranty there will be no cost.
We can collect and return scooters and power chairs for service/repair if you are unable to bring them to us.
We carry a range of spares and batteries in our workshop. If we do have to order a part in we will aim to get it in and the repair done as quickly as possible.
Our call out hours are 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am – 1pm Saturday. If a fault occurs outside these times we will attend the next working day.
We are BHTA registered and approved local authority and NHS contractors.
